Something's Coming

" Is there anything more important than a newly couple spending time together?". Inno stated, looking at Maman Nana who was busy sipping her tea. Maman Nana noticed her gazed, and keep her tea cup on the table giggling. " Uhmm! I wonder too". She response staring back at Inno who's busy smiling. " I thought our Boddo is more important than his work". " I don't want to talk too much on this issue Inno, I am nothing but his stepmother so". She replied, taking her cup from the table.

          " Haba! How can you said that? Stepmother is also a mother, hun?". She hurried said, looking around. " And i also know Datti didn't have any work rather he doesn't have any interest on poor Bo..." "Shhh! Don't said it out loud like this else someone may heard as you know the saying ' even walls have ears". Maman Nana hurried said as she don't want to be cought in it. " I am done with my breakfast. If you need anything i will be in my room. Ok". Maman Nana said gotten up not because she is done but she really want to have a talk with Inno privately where no eyes to monitor them. As she also believe they're on the same page.

" He what?!" Alh.Gidado yelled. " Alright then. I will be on my way right aw...." He suddenly discontinued. " He is what?! Here?" He screamed at the top of his voice. Hady who's in sitting room has turned  staring at him since the beginning of the call. She's very disturbed and worried looking at her father situation. She knew the way he was talking it must be really something big and serious for him to be shouting and screaming like that.

      He end the call and throw his phone on the ground. " How dare he!". He shout, breathing very heavily. Hady quickly got up the ground. " Dad! Ar..." He turn back at Hady who's looking at the impression on his face make her discontinued her sentence. " What are you doing here? get out and call me Ai!" He stated ending the last word screaming. She couldn't stand for a second she rushed out quickly. He is very devastated he can neither sit or stand he kept on walking forward and backward. He knuckle his fist very tight.

" Why did you call me to your room?" Inno asked, looking around the room. Maman Nana giggles " I didn't remember calling you to my room. And when did i called you?" She said looking at her phone instead of Inno. Inno is furious with her way of trying to make fool her. ' So this is how she want to play her game' Inno muttered beneath her. ' She is not foolish after all and can be useful to me' Maman Nana muttered under her breath. sneak peeking at Inno's reaction who's also busy with her thoughts. " Well, if I am not needed here, i will excuse myself then" She said looking around. "nice room". She added, as turned back to leave.

        " I am sure you're not here because you're happy for your stepdaughter right?" Maman Nana said. Inno quickly stopped without turning. Maman Nana Smirk. " Good b..." " Let's get down to business Inno" Maman Nana said giggling. Inno turns back with evil smirk staring at Maman Nana who's also busy smiling back at her. " Datti does not love her at all" Maman Nana hurried stated. Inno quickly sat down on the sofa opposite to Maman Nana. " How can you tell that?" Inno curiously asked, staring. Maman Nana sighed. " I can tell because Datti already has someone he's inlove with. Her name is Amina, he truly love her so much..." Maman Nana continue narrating all that was in Datti's especially how much he detest the marriage arrangements. Both of them continued sharing and hatching their evil plans and schemes.

" Salamu Alaikum!" She enters the sitting room in a hurry. " Alhaji! What is happening? Is everything fine?" She curiously asked, looking very tensed. " Ai nothing is fine we must send them back before his arrival, ok" he stated, looking very worried. " Send who? What do you mean before he arri..." " Just go! find any excuses and send them I will call driver right away" he hurried said. Haj.Aisha is very tense and cannot move an inch but to standstill staring at him. He seems very frighten at the moment.

          " Aisha! Why are you standing here? They have to leave right away!". He said, nodding his head. She has never seen worried like this 'who is coming and why is he in this state?' she muttered under her breath. "Aisha!" He shouted her name again. She quickly left in hurry to do as he says.

Asma'u who's sitting next to Boddo and rest of them talking about city and how they see things  and the house. Making jokes, laughter everywhere. They look very happy when she interrupt them calling Asma'u (Innawuro's mom). They're surprised at the way Haj.Aishatu always calls Asma'u to do one thing or the other. " Did anyone sees Inno?". One of them asked after Haj.Aishatu and Asma'u left. Nobody sees her but Nana who saw her going inside her mother's room. But she didn't say as she knew something is wrong because her mother is not the type to befriend anyone just like that. She must be her type of person.

         " Asma'u, I don't know how to start but I think you have to leave now". Haj.Aishatu hurried said looking at her " we are all ready already but tell me something. Why do you look so disturbed? Are you alright?" She asked, nervously as she is terrified by her impression. Haj. aishatu. Nodded her head " nothing is wrong I just asked because he has already called drivers. Just wanted to be sure if you're all ready" she said, with her quivery voice. Asma'u nod her head not because she believes her but she don't want to interfere with their personal issues. Especially knowing well if is anything that she could tell her she would have done so by herself without asking for it.

" Do not shot him, ok". He said on phone. Suddenly the door's opens a guy came in with his head down. " She is here" he hurried said, in a very low voice. " Good!" He said getting up from the bed with his blue silk pyjama. He walk through the door leaving the guy following him from behind with so much respect. As he step his foot inside living room he saw her red eyes filled with tears on the ground. He turns away as he don't want her situation to make him weak. She was tied up with a rope.

         " Leave us!" He orders. All of them left closing the door behind. " How can you do this, to me?!" She said, screaming at the last word. He went and pour his red wine in one of the glass cup and sat on the couch opposite to her. She started crying loudly " how can you treat your own sister this way? Why are you doing?" She said whining. He sighed heavily, leaning his back against the couch closing off his eyes. " I am sorry. Please" she added. He quickly opened his eyes and sip his drink. " Sorry?" He asked, looking at her " please my..." "Shut up!" He shouted.

She got very scared as he has never shouted at her even once before. " Anyways despite you didn't do as I said not as your brother or anything like that i will forgive you this once as it helps me with something" He states gotten up from the couch he unties her. She couldn't stop herself from hugging him. But before she could he pushed her away and left her there. " Foolish girl! She thought after what she did to me she still has that place. I am just letting you off because what you did will lead me to my goal, that's it!" He said, walking back to his toward room.

          Minal is very happy that he is not angry with her anymore . She was only sad because of the way his men reacted with her like a garbage, but she promised to make any of them pay for what they did. She is happy everything will continue like it was. Her brother Al'amin suddenly enters the living room. She was very happy to see him but her happiness didn't last long. As Al'amin is very furious with her he went straight to her and gave her a very tight slapped. " You almost got me into troubled with your foolish behavior. And how dare you play such wicked game on someone  like that? I know what you did to Datti!" He stated very furiously, gazing at her very angry. " Is this what you call love? Is this how you love someone?! I am so ashamed of you, walh" He continues throwing tantrums at her she couldn't utter a word knowing how wrong her actions were. But she has no remorse for whatever she did at all. As she believes it was the only way for her.

          Kamal who's sitting listening to Al'amin. He sighed and smile. " This is just the beginning" He grin.

" Finally! Alh. Gidado or Dr.Godado I will stand right in front of you and my mother, today!" He gasps. " No one will stop me from getting back my place where  I belong and will always be" He said, with his emphatic voice. His eyes were filled with tears, he has this wide smile on his face. " Datti you and that woman will surely pay for all your wrong did to me. I will make sure our father hates you the way you made him hate me or even more than that! I will take everything from you" he added. The tears he was holding back finally began to fall down washing his cheeks. As he was having some flash back images of how he was thrown out of the house.

          ' from today you're not my son or related to me or any of my relatives or family" Alh.Gidado furiously said. " Don't you ever show your miserable face here ever again!" Haj. Shatu said, furiously. " Dad! Mom!! Please listen to me Datti is lying, I haven't done anything I swe.." " if you stay I will place a cus on you!" Haj. Yelled. He turns back towards the door. He turned back and saw Datti standing next to there mother. Datti didn't look any sad at all. His phone started ringing cutting him at the middle of his thoughts. On seeing the caller he left to bathroom quickly.
